When a greenkeeper commits an egregious and ‘knuckleheaded’ mistake, either fire him or forgive him. In the one case, you will reduce your staffing. In the other, you will gain a loyal and grateful employee, and, perhaps, acquire a life-long friend. [4/25/14]
