Some men imagine they are always right and others believe they are always wrong; both men are difficult to be around, but one is more exhausting than the other. [8/31/14]

Proverbs are like pieces of fudge: a few produce great joy, but many prompt a churning of the stomach.  I say it again, a few proverbs are interesting and thought-provoking, but too many produce irritation and resentment. [8/30/14]
