Responding to the New Year

At the  onset of a new year, a young Superintendent grits his teeth with a determination to do more and to be better; a prudent one softens his heart with the hope to listen and appropriately respond.  (1/2/17)

      Dr. Karnok,

      Listening is very difficult, but I find knowing how to respond to the thinks I hear to be exceedingly difficult.
